HannaCon 2024 Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration for HannaCon 2024. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please note the following: 1.) All cancellations must be submitted via email to support@hannacon.com no later than 30 days before the HannaCon start date of April 16, 2024. Resort and airline cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of  Rosen Shingle Creek Resort and your airline carrier, respectively. 2.) Registrants who opt to cancel within the 30-day period prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund. 3.) Registrants who do not attend the event without prior notice and do not cancel their registration will not be eligible for a refund. To initiate the cancellation process, please email support@hannacon.com, with the subject line: “HannaCon Registration Cancellation Request.” Include your full name, confirmation number and reason for cancellation.  Hanna Holdings, Inc., is committed to providing an outstanding HannaCon experience for all attendees.
